The ideal candidate will have a strong background in release management, and project management, and a deep understanding of Adobe products and services.

Key Responsibility :

- Develop and maintain a detailed release schedule for Adobe Suite products, coordinating with the cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with product managers, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

- Define release criteria and ensure all pre-release requirements are met.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities and communications.

- Facilitate release meetings and discussions to address planning, progress, risks, and issues.

- Communicate release plans, statuses, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive management.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact release timelines or quality.

- Monitor the release process and address any obstacles that arise.

- Ensure that all issues identified during testing or deployment are resolved prior to release.

- Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of Adobe Suite products, including integration and user acceptance testing.

- Verify that all test results meet acceptance criteria and quality standards before deployment.

- Oversee the deployment process, ensuring smooth and error-free releases.

- Develop and maintain deployment scripts and automation tools specific to Adobe Suite products.

- Plan and execute rollback procedures in case of deployment failures.

- Maintain comprehensive release documentation, including release notes, deployment guides, and change logs.

- Provide regular status reports on release activities, highlighting risks, issues, and resolutions.

- Document lessons learned from each release to improve future release processes.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the release management process for Adobe Suite products.

- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Ensure all releases comply with relevant regulatory and security requirements.

- Implement and enforce policies for secure code development and deployment.

- Conduct security reviews and audits as part of the release process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Release Manager, preferably with Adobe Suite products.

- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with version control systems (eg, Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Familiarity with deployment tools and automation frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

- Certification in project management (e.g PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (e.g ScrumMaster).

- Experience with Adobe's range of creative and document management products.

- Experience managing releases for enterprise-scale software products
