Ambros World Foods (AWF) is the parent company of The Studs Sports Bar & Grill, one of India’s leading and fastest-growing sports bar chains. We are expanding aggressively and looking for a driven Franchise Manager to manage franchise lead generation, first-level interactions, and conversion into successful partners.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads.Make the first call to prospective investors and provide a detailed brand briefing.Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the franchise acquisition process.Share brand decks, proposals, and financial models with potential partners.Maintain CRM / lead trackers with updated follow-up status.Coordinate meetings between investors and senior management.Support in closing franchise deals by addressing queries and guiding prospects.Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team post-deal closure.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or F&B/retail expansion.Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred).Ability to confidently interact with investors and business owners.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with follow-up-driven roles.Willingness to travel when required.What We Offer:Opportunity to represent one of India’s fastest-growing sports bar brands.Attractive salary + incentives on successful franchise closures.Career growth within a rapidly expanding F&B group.
