The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Siebel configurations, customizations, and integrations, particularly within theTelecom domain .Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM components, focusing onEAI ,Workforce Management , andOrder Managementmodules. Implement and supportSiebel PRM/Dealer ManagementandField Servicemodules. Develop and manage reports usingBI Publisher . Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements. Configure workflows, business services, and integration objects as part of Siebel EAI implementations. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for high-performance Siebel environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems.Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory experiencein: SiebelWorkforce Management CRM Order Management EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules: Siebel PRM / Dealer Management Siebel Field Service BI Publisher Reports Strong understanding of Siebel data model, configuration, scripting, and workflows. Experience withTelecom domain implementationsismandatory . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.Preferred Skills: Exposure tointegration technologies(SOAP/REST, Web Services, MQ, or Middleware tools). Experience withAgile methodologiesandDevOps pipelinesfor Siebel deployments. Familiarity withdatabase technologiessuch as Oracle SQL/PLSQL.Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline .
