- Drive organic traffic growth and keyword rankings with proven strategies. - Execute SEO for custom-coded websites (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks, PHP, React, Node, etc.). - Help to devise and implement our global SEO strategy across core areas of SEO including tech, content, and back link management. - Run the implementation of our SEO strategy for several large-scale websites and millions of webpages spanning key global markets and core local languages as well as local search engines. - Serve as the in-house SEO expert, representing SEO and voicing support for the value of SEO to wider teams across the business including Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product, Tech, and others. - Partner with technical teams, developers, and web publishers to ensure new changes to the website will improve performance and dont negatively impact our rankings. - Collaborate with content marketing teams to ensure new web content is optimized for search including conducting keyword research and sending over clear SEO recommendations. Build content clusters & keyword strategies for long-term authority. Collaborate with dev, design, and marketing teams for implementation. Monitor & report SEO performance through GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Requirements :- Minimum 2 Years experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role. Strong hands-on experience with non-WordPress SEO (custom sites). - Deep understanding of semantic SEO, search intent, and user journeys. - Expertise in AEO, SGE optimization, and featured snippet strategies. Strong technical SEO skills with ability to diagnose backend/front-end issues. - Data-driven mindset with report creation capability. - Strong communication & documentation skills. Preferred Skills :- Experience in SurferSEO, Frase, or similar AI-assisted content tools. Prior handling of SEO for high-traffic websites. - Knowledge of local SEO (if applicable). Mandatory Requirements :- Case studies or documented proof of SEO results. - Must show real screenshots of results (GSC/GA4). - Must be able to explain past strategies and execution process. What we Expect from you? - Strong PPC Knowledge. - Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices. - Knowledge of the fundamentals of the search engine industry. - Excellent communication skill & able to communicate with clients across the world What you've got? - Finding and executing link-building opportunities for creating high-quality backlinks. - Track and measure the effectiveness of link-building strategies to optimize backlink approach. - Consistently auditing website pages for technical SEO and finding Local SEO opportunities.
