Our rich IT legacy, combined with our unyielding care for our people and business, is the driving force behind all we do, and we deliver On this journey, we are looking for an OTM Software Engineer who is also interested in taking on a wide range of activities.This role is essential for leading configuration as well as integration activities for all projects where OTM is implemented. The candidate will focus on working with the Engineering team to configure OTM as per the proposed design using OTM best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Customer teams to validate the solutions and to configure the proposed solutions in OTMEnsure that OTM is configured with out-of-the-box functionalities to the maximum possible.Integration Mapping with external applicationsConfiguration of ReportsConfiguration of dashboards using OTM Data Visualization / FTILoading rates and master dataExtensive testing of all the solutions and workflows with documentationProvide L3 hyper-care support for complex issuesSupport various projects and initiatives related to OTMQualificationsBachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3-8 years of experience in OTM implementation across core modulesExperience and knowledge of shipment planning, rating, and freight settlement processesStrong skills in SQL, XML, REST API’sAbility to write complex automation agentsAbility to provide integration mapping specificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of LTL business is an advantage.Work Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Pune.
