We are hiring an Electrical BIM Engineer with 3 years of Bluebeam Studio experience and metro project background.

Primary Requirements/ responsibilities:

• 3 years experience in Bluebeam Studio for creating and editing 2D shop drawings mandatory.
• Metro project experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with BIM software and MEPF systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for MEPF systems using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEPF systems into building designs.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models, including plans, sections, and schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of MEPF BIM models, reflecting all components and systems.
• Support project timelines and deliverables by working with project managers and team members.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain model consistency and accuracy.
• Manage updates and revisions to models, documenting and communicating changes.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and best practices; provide technical support and training to junior modelers.
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), shop drawings, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on BIM-related issues.
• Stay updated on BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Participate in project meetings, addressing BIM-related issues and ensuring proper management of BIM data.
