If that’s you, we’re looking for youWhat You'll Own?• Be the face of our engagements: Establish and manage strong relationships with client stakeholders, becoming their trusted thought partner.• Drive delivery: Own hiring projects end-to-end scope roles, map talent strategies, manage timelines, and ensure outcomes.• Challenge and co-create: Don’t just take briefs sharpen them. Guide clients toward clearer role definitions, better processes, and stronger decisions. Contradict ideas respectfully and with finesse and drive conversations to clarity.• Design and evolve process: Build scalable workflows and playbooks for sourcing, evaluation, and communication that others can run with.• Manage communication: Keep all parties clients, candidates, internal teams aligned and in motion.• Spot problems early: Anticipate roadblocks, escalate when needed, and steer to resolution proactively.What Sets You Apart?• Experience in talent advisory, consulting, or recruiting with a client-centric approach;• Genuinely interested in people whether clients, candidates, or team;• You close loops.
