Job Summary:

- We are seeking a Presales Consultant (Technical) to support our sales team by providing technical expertise during the presales phase.

- The role involves understanding client requirements, designing solutions, delivering demos, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with both business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored technical solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.

- Prepare RFP responses, technical documentation, and solution proposals.

- Engage with clients to provide technical guidance, answer queries, and recommend best-fit solutions.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and ensure solution feasibility.

- Support post-sale handovers to delivery teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years in presales or solution engineering, with experience in enterprise-level solutions.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), enterprise software, networking, and system integration.

Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
