Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and initiatives to optimize processes and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed to ensure high performance and morale.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance, human resources, and sales, to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies across all operational activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a related role, with a track record of success in improving processes and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Skills:

  • Operations Management: Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Leading and supporting team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred:

  • Certification in operations management or a related field.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
