Job Title: Sr. Executive / Executive – Business DevelopmentLocation: RaiganjPosition Overview:We are looking for a Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development to drive B2B and retail business expansion in the Raiganj region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting retailers and chemist stores, promoting products and services, generating business orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Visit retailers, chemist stores, and other medical outlets within the assigned area as per a planned schedule.Meet with medical retailers to promote the B2B model, highlighting benefits such as transparent pricing and reliable delivery.Generate and process orders to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with the team leader to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.Maintain long-term relationships with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Prepare and submit daily reports on visits, sales performance, and feedback.Requirements:Experience: 2–6 years in B2B, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sales/field operations.Qualification: Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree (HS-qualified candidates with relevant experience may also apply).Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Other Requirements:Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.Preference will be given to candidates from the pharmaceutical domain.
