Job Title : Tech Lead DevOps & Cloud InfrastructureLocation : ChennaiExperience Required : 8 to 12 YearsEmployment Type : Full-Time / PermanentAbout the Role : We are looking for an experienced and strategic DevOps Tech Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives.This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 8 - 12 years of experience in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and infrastructure automation.You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor the DevOps team to ensure delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.- Design and implement cloud-native architectures using services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Drive end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementation, automation, and monitoring.- Own the infrastructure as code (IaC) strategy using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or EKS/GKE/AKS.- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).- Work closely with application development teams to support deployment strategies and environment setup.- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards in cloud and DevOps processes.- Optimize cloud cost, performance, and operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 8 - 12 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.- Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment and orchestration.- Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS in cloud environments.- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.- Experience in leading DevOps or infrastructure teams in agile environments.Desirable / Bonus Skills : - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, DevSecOps, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC2).- Knowledge of serverless computing, service mesh, or observability stacks.- Exposure to GitOps methodologies.Why Join Us ?- Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives at scale.- Work with cutting-edge cloud-native tools and DevOps practices.- Opportunity to mentor and grow a high-performance engineering team.- Collaborative and innovative culture with flexible work options.
