Description : Company Description : Vision Plus Global Services, established in 1998, initially focused on Security Systems and expanded into the BPO domain in 2006.Currently, we partner with top BPO companies in India, operating in 11 cities with 1,500 seats and 2,000 employees nationwide.Our team manages call center services in 18 Indian languages, handling approximately 150,000 calls per day.We have expertise in Tier 1 and Tier 2 data centers, system integration with BSNL, and projects like City Surveillance and Smart Cities valued at over 1000 Crores.Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Professional specializing in call center operations, located in Agartala.The IT professional will be responsible for maintaining and administering the network infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer service support to ensure smooth operations within the call center environment.Qualifications : - Strong skills in Installation, configuration troubleshooting and maintain IT infrastructure components, including Desktop, Servers, Networks and applications.- Coordinate IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments.- Proficiency in implement IT security policies, procedures and best practices, and maintain accurate documentation.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Experience with 3+ years in call center IT operations with CCNA, MCSE certifications / trainings.
