Lead UX Summary :We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead UX Designer to guide the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our product portfolio.This role will lead UX strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs and business Responsibilities :- Own the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing.- Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.- Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.- Define and maintain UX standards, design systems, and best practices across teams and platforms.- Validate and iterate on design solutions through feedback sessions, usability testing, and live product evaluations.- Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility principles throughout the organization.- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, feedback-driven design Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.- 5+ years of UX design experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design thinking, and execution across multiple platforms.- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform UX.- Excellent communication and presentation Skills :- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design handoff and collaboration.- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.- Background in enterprise software, IoT, or data-intensive applications.- Certification in UX methodologies (e., Google UX, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking) (ref:hirist.tech)
