Description : Key Responsibilities : - Lead and support SAP FICO module configurations, covering key submodules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, and Cost Center Accounting.- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projectsfrom requirement gathering and blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Finance, Controlling, and other SAP modules.- Analyze and optimize financial processes to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.- Support migration and upgrade activities between ECC and S/4HANA platforms.- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.- At least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation (end-to-end).- Strong working knowledge of both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems (mandatory).- Solid understanding of core finance, accounting principles, and controlling concepts.- Professional qualification : CA or CMA (mandatory/preferred as applicable).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
