Position Overview:


We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to our design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for branding and social media. We’re excited about collaborating with new and fresh talent and are looking for someone who thoroughly loves what they do


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and print collateral.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of creative concepts for branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, branding, and social media to continuously enhance our creative output.
  • Support the production process by preparing files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assist with photo editing, retouching, and other image manipulation tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to help solve design challenges.
  • Work with the creative director to bring the company’s vision to life.


Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • - 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • - A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with a focus on branding and social media.
  • - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Passion for design, branding, and social media, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • - Proficient in the English language.
  • - Enjoys story-telling and has a flair for writing.

We work Monday - Friday from 9AM - 6PM.

Location: Cox Town, Bangalore

CTC: 3.6L per annum
