- As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll take charge of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring high-value client relationships, revenue growth, and exceptional service delivery.- This is a customer-facing, quota-carrying role with immense growth potential. Relationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients.- Build long-term, trust-based relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction. Strategic Planning and Account Growth: - Develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve revenue goals.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise client value. Customer Success Focus: - Drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and delivering consistent service excellence. Revenue Ownership: - Meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets through proactive account management and opportunity identification. Internal Collaboration: - Partner with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to create a unified approach to customer success and business outcomes. Reporting and Analytics: - Track account health, generate actionable insights, and report key metrics to stakeholders.- Use data to drive strategic account decisions. Contract Management:- Lead contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for clients and GoComet. Market and Competitive Insight: - Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and logistics innovations to offer valuable insights to clients. Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or sales roles (preferably in SaaS or supply chain/logistics tech).- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote-first team.- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
