About the Role: We are looking for aField Service Engineerwho is skilled inCCTV installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various types of CCTV systems (IP, Analog, Hybrid), DVR/NVR setup, and network configurations. This role requires on-site visits to client locations to ensure smooth operation, system performance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Install and configureCCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras , and related security equipment. Performtroubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairof faulty CCTV systems. Conductsite surveysto determine installation requirements and equipment placement. Handlecable routing, terminations , and ensure clean installation practices. Configurenetwork settings, remote viewing, and mobile app integration . Providepreventive maintenanceand respond promptly to service calls. Maintain accurateinstallation and service reports . Coordinate with thetechnical support teamand vendors for issue resolution. Ensuresafety, quality, and compliancestandards are met at every site. Providetraining or basic guidanceto clients on system usage when required.Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech inElectronics, Electrical, or related field . Minimum1–3 years of experiencein CCTV or security system installation. Good knowledge ofIP networking, cable management, and power systems . Experience withbrands like Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Bosch, Honeywell, etc.preferred. Ability to workindependently and manage field tasks efficiently . Strongproblem-solving and communication skills . Must be willing totravel to client sitesand work flexible hours when needed.Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience withAccess Control, Fire Alarm, or Intrusion Systems . Basic knowledge ofLAN/WAN networking .
