Company DescriptionA registered vendor of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Jaipur in one of the client's locations. This is an entry level post with salary in line with Skilled Worker wages as per Central Minimum Wages.The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR team with day-to-day operations, such as administrative tasks, employee record management, benefits coordination,collaborating with stakeholders, collection of data points from various sources and assisting in logistics for employee related programs. The role will also include overseeing / supervising facilities management, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. To obtain, maintain, analyse and present the data to Management on a regular basis by way of Dashboards, Presentations and charts.QualificationsEssential:- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in MS Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Should be able to understand, articulate and communicate well in English and Hindi in oral as well as written. - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Minimum of 1 year work experiencePreferred :- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Managem - entFamiliarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS - )Experience with Benefits Administration and related processes - Knowledge of training programs and support for employee developmen - tPrevious experience in an HR support role is a plus
