Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and innovative Visual Identity/Branding/Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of our brand, while also crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a passion for branding, and a deep understanding of user interface and experience design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all print and digital assets.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, packaging, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • UI/UX Design: Design user-centered web and mobile interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, focusing on usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to translate brand vision into compelling design solutions.
  • Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in branding, graphic design, and UI/UX.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and templates to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
  • User Testing & Feedback: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize user experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branding, graphic design, and UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and UI/UX design projects.
  • Familiarity with wireframing tools, prototyping tools, and design systems.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
