Description : About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Frontend Email Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.This role focuses on building responsive, accessible, and dynamic emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) while bringing full-stack awareness to ensure smooth technical collaboration with developers, clients, and marketing teams.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong, and able to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions.Key Responsibilities :Email Development (Core) - Build and optimize responsive, mobile-first emails using HTML, CSS, MJML, and email-specific frameworks.- Implement personalization, dynamic content, and conditional logic using AMPscript, Handlebars, or similar.- Ensure pixel-perfect rendering across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and other major clients.- Perform thorough QA using Litmus, Email on Acid, and SFMC Preview/Test.SFMC & Integration : - Work within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) : Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder.- Integrate emails with data extensions, APIs, and automation workflows.- Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and platform-level challenges.Full-Stack Awareness : - Collaborate with backend developers on API and data integrations.- Understand workflows involving CRM, databases, and cloud systems.- Provide technical recommendations during requirement gathering and campaign planning.Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email development.- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and frontend development.- Proven knowledge of email coding best practices (responsive design, cross-client compatibility).- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or other enterprise ESPs.- Experience with QA/testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid).- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Hands-on knowledge of AMPscript, dynamic content, and Journey Builder in SFMC.- Exposure to backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, etc.) and API integrations.- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and data privacy compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
