The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business operations related to sales, purchase, and incentive processes.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor Power BI reports, dashboards, and user access. - Create reports from semantic models in alignment with business needs. - Extract and share data from SAP (e.g., sales reports, customer details) in Excel format. - Prepare and validate Excel data for incentive calculations and other business requirements. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports. - Collaborate with business and sales teams to translate requirements into analytical insights. - Support ongoing data-driven initiatives and process improvement projects.Skills & Qualifications:- Advanced Excel: Expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and Formula-based Analysis. - SQL: Ability to write queries, joins, aggregations, and subqueries (experience with SAP HANA or SQL Server preferred). - Power BI: Basic to intermediate knowledge for managing reports and dashboards (optional but preferred). - Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain data accuracy and quality. - Analytical Mindset: Understanding of business processes and translating them into meaningful reports. - Business Understanding: Familiarity with sales, purchase, and incentive operations.Why Join Us:- Work onsite with a collaborative and growth-oriented team. - Get hands-on experience with enterprise tools and real-time business data. - Be part of a company that values innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
