We are expanding geographically in UP and MP and looking for motivated individuals with 1-5 years of experience to join as Branch Manager at Ascend Capital.
Job Description :-
Manage the Sales/Collection operations at the assigned Branch
Build relationship and generate new business from EV dealership in the assigned area
Ensure sales and collection performance targets are met
Hire and train team members
Prepare Daily performance report/MIS
Take regular feedback for customer satisfaction
Key Requirements :-
Must have Own vehicle and DL
Min Education- Graduation
Team Management and Branch Sales/Collection Operations
Experience - Vehicle Finance (NBFC/ Bank) preferred.
- Past experience of managing a team of 3-5 people.
