Role - Subject Matter Expert _ Python and Cloud Computing

Experience - 5 years

Location - Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata (Any Location)

Responsibilities: -


▪ Conduct online/offline research to identify competencies (Technical) required by different employers

▪ Translate the required technical competencies to curriculum: Curate as well as Create. Experience in content curation, content proofreading, training delivery styles, suggesting changes and improvement

▪ Along with the corporate relations team, get into frequent meetings with different employers on beneficiary performance during interview, training and OJT (On the job training) phase. Incorporate the feedback into the curriculum

▪ Ability to conduct online/offline research to find new & emerging competencies/skills in the existing domain

▪ Ability to identify and develop specific pointers which can be further extended & developed to design content & curriculum on the same

▪ Partner with PAN India operations team & Project management team for seamless implementation of domain courses at the center level through curriculum readiness, domain specific infrastructure (equipment) readiness, staff training & certification within project timelines

▪ Ability to identify competency related gaps in beneficiaries through mock interviews/actual employer interviews & suggest specific action plans

▪ Along with the L&D team, ability to identify skill gaps, conduct training need identification (TNI)/analysis (TNA), domain training/assessment, upskilling & certification of trainers, ME-s & other center staff

▪ Observe trainers either F2F or, online when they deliver training to a class of beneficiaries on parameters defined by the L&D team. Also share feedback & action plan for performance improvement

▪ Utilize his/her domain expertise & automate recursive activities by the use of existing technology based solutions. Also work with the inhouse technology team for developing solutions to enhance automation

Desired profile: -


▪ Graduate | Post Graduate or B.Tech / BCA /MCA

▪ Must have 2-4 years of working in the IT team

▪ Curriculum Design: Must have experience in designing and rolling out a curriculum for Python

▪ Must have good knowledge of Python and Cloud Computing. Solid understanding of AWS Platform, Network, Security, Storage, DevOps and Python

▪ Proven ability to learn new technologies.

▪ Nice to have: Exposure to Low/No code platforms like MS Power APPs

▪ Experience in teaching/training would be an added advantage.
