Position Overview

As our Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on a range of topics, developing insights, and creating concise and impactful briefs. This role demands strong analytical abilities, a capacity for divergent research, and exceptional writing skills to articulate findings and recommendations according to the founders’ directives.


Key Responsibilities


Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct diverse, multi-faceted research on topics spanning various industries and domains.
  • Analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and potential insights that align with the advisory service's goals.

Deliverable Writing & Brief Development

  • Prepare concise, comprehensive briefs and deliverables based on research findings and directives provided by the founders.
  • Develop deliverables that are clear, well-organized, and reflect a high level of insight and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Miro to create research frameworks.

Support for Advisory Services

  • Assist in the creation of presentations, white papers, and other deliverables as required for all Innovation Advisory Projects
  • Contribute research-based recommendations to support innovation and strategic decision-making.

Collaboration with Founders

  • Work closely with the founders to understand project requirements, research scope, and deliverable standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment with the founders’ expectations and feedback.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in research, writing, or a related role, additional proficiency in developing deliverables in a plus

  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research across various topics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex information into digestible formats.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
