About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (Angular) to take on a Team Lead role. This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive the development of scalable internal products, and shape the future of our technology stack. Responsibilities

  1. Leadership: Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  2. Frontend Development: Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using Angular.
  3. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring code quality through reviews and knowledge sharing.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
  5. Technical Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to improve performance and scalability.
  6. Innovation: Drive adoption of the latest frontend technologies and best practices.


What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.
  • Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Familiarity with frontend architecture and performance optimization.
  • Experience with tools like Webpack, npm/yarn, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma).

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
