Their services—ranging from telecalling to sales and support—leverage automation and trained professionals to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and scale business growth across industries.Job Description: Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice AI Agents) Location: Sec 3, Noida Experience: 2-4 Years Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related fieldAbout the role:As a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer you’ll work on delivering world class Voice AI Agents for our customers. You will work in AI-native teams & will be expected to move at the speed of thought. You’ll leverage the company's platform to configure, fine-tune & architect state of the art AI Agents. You will act as a conduit between product, customer success & engineering teams. You’ll work very closely with customers to make AI Agents a BIG success for them.Responsibilities: Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present system designs. Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks. Own full life cycle of building agents. Customer collaboration > Defining Agent outcomes > Agent Config & Prompt design > Testing > Deployment & data pipelining > Monitoring > Iterate. Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools (e.g. CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools). Travel & work from customer office to fastrack AI Agent deployments. Act as a technical conduit between customers needs & Company’s platform. Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components. Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations. Develop runbooks, code templates, and training sessions for customer facing teams, ensuring self-sufficiency post-handoff.Requirements: AI-native mindset. Strong demand side thinker (JTBD) with product taste. You are not merely implementation focussed. 2-4 years of experience in software development & AI applications. Strong hold over at least one programming language. Solid understanding of prompt engineering patterns. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working fullstack. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You possess a T-shaped breadth and depth skill set required to dive deep into any subject and coordinate between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product and Engineering to figure out solutions.
