Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business promotion strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

- Lead and manage the business promotion team, ensuring alignment with overall company

goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.

- Prepare and present regular reports on business promotion activities and outcomes to senior Experience in related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development or a related role, with at least 10

years in a leadership position.

- Bachelors/ Masters degree in electrical/instrumentation, Marketing, or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
