Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive and safe environment, assessing student progress, and offering constructive feedback.Qualifications Proficiency in Swim Instruction, teaching Swim Lessons, and developing instructional plans Strong swimming skills and experience in Aquatics activities Lifeguarding certification or experience in supervising water safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students of varied ages and backgrounds First Aid and CPR certification is a plus Prior teaching or coaching experience is highly desirable
