The processes at the FCs arelargelymanual involving largenumbers of associates. One of the mostcriticalroles is that of aprocess associates who mentor/guide theassociatestowards ensuringmeeting the customer expectation byfollowing ourstandard workpractice keeping safety & quality inmind.Job Deliverables: · Daily Management of shift: o Administrative management of associates o Job allocation to associates o Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. o Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues · Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans · Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates · Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis · Stand-in for Area Manager. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
