This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader who can manage distributed teams, drive execution across multiple time zones, and ensure successful client outcomes through clear communication and deep technical understanding of agentic AI systems. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple AI consulting and implementation engagements from scoping to delivery. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary program interface. Coordinate distributed teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and analysts across global time zones. Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with client goals. Oversee design and deployment of agentic AI solutions tailored to client use cases. Troubleshoot and resolve project obstacles with a hands-on attitude. Drive internal alignment between engineering, operations, and business functions. Prepare engagement reports, documentation, and client presentations. Continuously refine processes for delivery efficiency and scalability. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in program or engagement management in AI, data, or technology consulting. Proven success managing distributed cross-functional teams. Demonstrated understanding of agentic AI, LLM-based workflows, and applied machine learning systems. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data-driven results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interactions. High adaptability, ownership, and willingness to get hands-on with technical and operational details. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (MBA a plus).
