Job Description:

ProArch is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within Agile and Hybrid frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing project scope, schedule, and cost while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving successful client outcomes. 

Responsibilities  

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software development projects using Agile or Hybrid SDLC methodologies 

• Define project scope, create detailed project plans, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations 

• Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through structured tracking and resolution mechanisms 

• Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure backlog grooming in collaboration with Scrum teams 

• Monitor project progress, maintain status dashboards, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders 

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and other functional teams to ensure quality and alignment across the project lifecycle 
• Maintain change control processes and manage scope creep through effective client and internal coordination 

Requirements

Mandatory Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in Agile or Hybrid environments 

• Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, task assignment, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking 

• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project 

• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage 
• Experience in Visio Diagram

• PMP, Agile, or CSM certification preferred 

Good to Have Skills 

• Experience working with remote or offshore development teams 

• Familiarity with cloud-native delivery practices and infrastructure (Azure, AWS) 

• Strong cross-functional coordination and client relationship management skills
