Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced META Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across META platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving key performance benchmarks:

  • TACOS: Under 15%
  • RAOS: Above 4.0

Candidates must provide verifiable performance statistics from previous campaigns, showcasing their ability to drive sales growth efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Catalogue Ads, Retargeting Campaigns, and Sales & Conversion Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to ensure TACOS stays below 15% and RAOS exceeds 4.0.
  • Efficiently manage ad budgets aligned with revenue targets.
  • Provide detailed weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design high-converting ad creatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest META Ads tools, trends, and algorithm updates.
  • For remote candidates: Attend weekly meetings to review performance, budgets, and strategies.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing META (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with measurable success.
  • Demonstrated track record with performance statistics from previous campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in Sales & Conversion Ads, Catalogue Ads, Retargeting, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in META Ads Manager and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to optimize campaigns to achieve TACOS < 15% and RAOS > 4.0.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and other ad performance tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Acoustic or Home Improvement industry is a plus.
  • Ability to independently strategize, execute, and monitor ad campaigns.
