Overview :

The Solution Architect-Oracle SCM plays a crucial role in designing, integrating, and implementing Oracle SCM solutions within our organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle SCM modules and the ability to architect end-to-end solutions that meet the organization's supply chain management needs.

The Solution Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design scalable and sustainable solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for manufacturing and maintenance domains.

- Define comprehensive functional requirements and solution design specifications based on business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing Oracle Cloud applications in manufacturing and maintenance environments.

- Experience in the implementation of the following: Oracle E-Business Suite Financials/Oracle Supply Chain and Financials Cloud.

- Configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with business processes, including the setup of manufacturing workflows, bills of materials, work orders, and maintenance schedules.

- Customize Oracle Cloud applications using advanced tools and techniques to meet unique business requirements.

- Develop and maintain extensions, integrations, and reports to enhance system functionality and support end-to-end business processes.

- Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios for manufacturing and maintenance processes.

- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing efforts.

- Ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Cloud solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Documentation and Training :

- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.

- Conduct training sessions for end users and key stakeholders on Oracle Cloud manufacturing and maintenance functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to facilitate user adoption and system optimization.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with a focus on manufacturing modules.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud projects.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and maintenance management principles.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications using tools such as Oracle Application Composer, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Strong ERP implementation experience.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.

- Lead solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high-quality and integrated business solutions.

- Strong communication & presentation skills, able to talk comfortably with Finance Leaders and C-level executives.

- Global mindset, geographic mobility and flexibility.

- Adapting to change.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in Oracle SCM solutions.
