Are you a visionary designer with a flair for leadership and a passion for creating impactful designs? At Infobrandz, we’re looking for an Art Director or Creative Lead to elevate our design projects and drive creative innovation. This role is perfect for someone who excels at managing end-to-end design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional design assets across multiple platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product marketers, social media specialists, and content writers to develop and lead the creation of compelling design collaterals, such as:
- Infographics
- E-mailers
- Pitch Decks
- E-books
- Social Media Posts
- Presentations
- Landing Pages
- Websites
Core Responsibilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end design projects, from ideation to post-launch impact analysis. This includes conceptualizing, presenting, and storytelling for stakeholders.
- Develop unique and professional designs for social media, marketing channels, and events.
- Guide the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, display ads, videos, and e-books.
- Prepare customizable templates for presentations, business cards, and other marketing purposes.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, and creative visuals for various digital platforms.
- Occasionally lead video production and post-production for video ads and digital campaigns.
- Oversee the design and optimization of landing pages and website updates.
- Partner with content creators and writers to ensure cohesive visualization of end products.
- Coordinate with team members to gather resources like images, logos, stats, and content for creative projects.
- Research and recommend innovative design ideas to strengthen our brand presence.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver impactful creative solutions.
We are looking for a creative leader with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience: 3-5 years in design, branding, or marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related disciplines.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, or Adobe XD. Video editing experience is a plus.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong creative vision and the ability to execute designs aligned with strategic goals.
- Exceptional typographic skills, attention to detail, and intrinsic design ability.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and lead cross-functional teams.
- Basic copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling through visuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional drive to innovate and learn continuously.
- Competitive salary: ₹30,000 to ₹70,000 per month, based on skills and the value you bring to the company.
