Keep up with platform basics and best practices for transparent, safe, and authentic community interactions.Who You Are 0–2 years of experience managing communities or social media engagement (brand or agency). Confident communicator; can chat naturally in comments and posts, and keep the vibe approachable. Understands social platforms and community tools; quick to learn, adapt, and try new engagement methods.
