Responsibilities :

- Partner with business stakeholders across various departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand their current processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and data analysis.

- Document functional and non-functional requirements using clear and concise methods, such as Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.

- Develop System Design Documents (SDDs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.

- Work closely with project managers and technical teams (developers, testers) throughout the entire SDLC lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and project delivery on time and within budget.

- Lead and manage technical teams during the implementation process, providing guidance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.

- Analyze system data and identify areas for improvement, recommending process optimizations and system enhancements.

- Maintain strong understanding of various analysis and gathering methodologies, including UML modeling techniques.

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for enterprise system implementations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on enterprise system implementations (SAP, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)

- Proven experience in project management with strong organizational and communication skills.

- Leadership and coaching skills to guide technical personnel throughout project lifecycles.

- Demonstrated proficiency in data gathering and facilitation techniques (interviews, JAD sessions).

- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and their application in projects.

- Experience with requirements management tools and UML modeling techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
