Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and targeted emails.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new selling possibilities.

- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and present tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services to prospective clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle efficiently from lead generation to deal closure.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Create regular sales and financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other networking events.

- Negotiate and close deals while handling client objections and complaints professionally.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- MBA in a related field..Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

- Aptitude for delivering engaging and persuasive presentations.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office applications.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

- High level of motivation, resilience, and positive attitude.
