Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and customization of Ericsson Order Management or Catalogue Management solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and industry best practices.

2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and provide expert consultancy services on BSCS integration, including system configuration, interface development, and troubleshooting.

3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing order management, catalogue management, and BSCS systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to address them.

4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to support their professional development and growth.

6. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to Ericsson Order Management, Catalogue Management, and BSCS integration, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Ericsson Order Management or Catalogue Management solutions, with a strong focus on BSCS integration.

3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Ericsson's order management and catalogue management modules, as well as integrating them with BSCS using relevant interfaces and protocols.

4. Solid understanding of telecommunications industry standards and protocols, with specific expertise in BSCS integration principles and methodologies.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

7. Experience working in a client-facing role, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver value-added solutions and services.
