We engineer itJoining us as an Associate Director Delivery Management means taking charge of large, complex programs, overseeing multi-project portfolios, building and scaling high-performing teams, and ensuring client success while owning profitability and long-term business growth.What You Bring:- 15+ years of IT industry experience, with a significant focus on program and delivery leadership.- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with direct responsibility for guiding project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional technical teams.- International delivery experience with strong cultural awareness and adaptability.- Solid experience in P&L ownership, including revenue management, cost optimization, forecasting, and margin improvement.- Deep understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from inception and requirements to deployment and support.- Strong experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, with the ability to tailor governance to program needs.- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level client interactions, steering committee presentations, and executive reporting.- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise-scale Data Platforms, Cloud solutions, and Digital transformation initiatives.- Proven leadership in building, scaling, and mentoring delivery organizations, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Desired Skills:- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certifications to demonstrate strong program management practices.- Experience in Banking & Financial Services is a plus (not mandatory).- Exposure to GenAI / AI-ML programs, with an understanding of how emerging technologies can accelerate delivery.- Ability to define and implement governance models, risk frameworks, and delivery excellence practices at scale.- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance delivery commitments and business profitability.Your Role:As Associate Director Delivery Management, you will serve as a strategic leader and trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders.Your Role Will Include:- Multi-Project Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of large, complex programs and multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery excellence across all streams.- Team Management: Lead and mentor project managers, delivery leads, and functional teams, fostering growth, accountability, and performance alignment with business goals.- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for financial governance, including revenue realization, profitability targets, and account growth.- Governance & Reporting: Establish robust delivery frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track progress, manage risks, and maintain transparency with leadership and clients.- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of escalation and strategic partner for global clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term relationships.- Operational Excellence: Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery automation to improve efficiency and predictability.- Innovation & Growth: Support business development efforts by providing delivery expertise in proposals, RFP responses, and pre-sales discussions, while identifying opportunities for account expansion.- Capability Building: Strengthen organizational capabilities by driving talent development, succession planning, and upskilling initiatives across delivery teams.Why Choose LERA?- I.C.E.
