Associate Photographer

We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Photographer to join our dynamic D2C FMCG brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that reflect our brand's identity and values. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography:

• Capture high-quality product images for packaging, e-commerce, advertising, and social media.
• Produce lifestyle and promotional photography that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Shoot and edit short promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.

Image Editing & Post-Production:

• Perform photo retouching, color correction, and other post-production tasks to ensure images meet brand standards.
• Manage and organize a digital library of images and videos.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and product development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with models, stylists, and other team members to execute photoshoots effectively.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual content.

Studio & Equipment Management:

• Maintain photography equipment, props, and studio space.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and updated with the latest technology as needed.

Content Strategy & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Develop innovative concepts for photoshoots that engage and attract our target audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in photography, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in product, lifestyle, and promotional photography.
• Proficiency in using professional photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Primarily in-office studio-based with occasional on-location shoots.
