Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Business Manager to oversee and expand International Service & Network's operations in the European region, driving growth and improving customer experience across key markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Support: Enhance customer experience by ensuring high-quality after-sales support, including warranty services, maintenance, and customer feedback channels across European regions.Technical Support: Work closely with the technical team to resolve complex issues and take the lead in developing, improving, and implementing processes to enhance efficiency.Parts Management: Oversee and control parts inventory within the UV warehouse and across the distribution network, ensuring the availability of required parts and materials for prompt repairs and maintenance.Training & Development: Facilitate the training and development of distributor and dealer service teams on the latest technologies and repair methods.Network Development- Identify potential distributors, and dealers in target markets. Negotiate contracts and agreements with international stakeholders to establish business relationships.Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and local government bodies, to enhance market penetration and collaboration.Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of European regulations and standards for electric vehicles, ensuring all operations, sales, and products comply with local laws and safety standards.

Skills Required:Experience:

Required:Strong knowledge of

automotive systems , including drivetrain, suspension, and electrical systems.

Familiarity with

diagnostic tools

and equipment for both traditional and electric vehicles.Experience working on electric vehicles, including battery maintenance and electrical systems.Excellent

troubleshooting and analytical skills , with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Strong

focus on customer satisfaction

and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.Export

documentation

usage & understandingStrong business sense, strategic thinking & problem-solving capabilityStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to distributors and customers.Coordination & Influencing skills.International Market Distribution Channel understanding of automobile segment.Financial acumen

Preferred (additional skills that would be a plus):In-depth product knowledge of electric two-wheelersUnderstanding of go-to-market strategiesExperience in the electric two-wheeler segment
