✨ Junior Interior Designer – Pune (On-site)Role Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Interior Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming concepts into well-designed spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential interiors, supporting both design development and on-site execution.You will work closely with the senior design team, prepare drawings, assist in project coordination, and contribute to client presentations.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign DevelopmentSupport the design team in developing creative and functional interior solutionsResearch materials, finishes, concepts, and themesPrepare drawings, layouts, mood boards, 3D models, and presentation decksCreate computer-based floor plans, 2D layouts, and renderings using design softwareTechnical & Project CoordinationUnderstand and communicate design decisions for internal discussionsWork within project timelines and assist through final deliveryPrepare BOQs, material specifications, and costing documentsEnsure accuracy and quality in all technical drawings and documentationClient & Site CollaborationParticipate in client meetings and design presentationsConduct site visits to track progress and ensure design intentCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to maintain standards🔹 RequirementsExperience & Expertise1–2 years of experience in interior design (preferably residential)Good understanding of costing, BOQs, and commercialsStrong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processesAbility to work both independently and collaborativelySoftware SkillsAutoCADSketchUpAutodesk 3ds MaxV-Ray (preferred)MS Office & ExcelStrong communication, presentation, and sketching skills🔹 Candidate ProfileWe’re looking for someone who is:Confident, presentable, and passionate about interior designDetail-oriented with strong design sensibilityEnergetic, responsible, and proactiveCapable of managing tasks independently and in a team🔹 QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Interior Design📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra💼 Job Type: Full-time (On-site)🧩 Experience Level: 1–2 Years💰 Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
