Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile delivery for our projects.

The ideal candidate will manage the full delivery lifecycle, coordinate agile ceremonies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions.

This role demands deep expertise in Scrum, data technologies, and Agile frameworks, with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

Key Responsibilities :


- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client accounts, including governance, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Facilitate and coordinate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and clients to maintain alignment and strong working relationships.

- Ensure delivery processes align with Agile methodologies and Cotalitys standards and best practices.

- Establish and promote an Agile Center of Excellence (COE), coaching team members on Agile frameworks and fostering agile adoption.

- Support sales teams through proposal development and technical insights.

- Champion continuous improvement by tracking KPIs, resolving impediments, and driving team growth and maturity.

Must-Have Qualifications :


- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, specifically in Data & Analytics, Big Data, or Business Intelligence projects.

- Expertise in Scrum practices and artifacts, including user stories, backlog refinement, and testing strategies.

- Proven experience using Jira or similar tools for project tracking and issue management.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and project delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with experience scaling solutions from inception to deployment.

- Solid understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.

- Demonstrated ability delivering data-driven projects and predictive analytics solutions with CI/CD pipelines.

- Comprehensive knowledge of data governance, privacy, compliance, and AI/data frameworks.

- Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and tools.

- Deep understanding of data security challenges and mitigation strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
