With offices in Limassol and Dubai, we're trusted by forward-thinking companies globally that need financial partners with the sophistication to match their ambition.About the RoleAs Full Stack Developer at Neoflow, you will build and maintain the platform that enables our multi-jurisdictional operations across traditional finance and digital assets. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll develop features at the intersection of banking, payments, and crypto that maintain the highest standards while enabling our continued expansion.What You'll Do:Build Product Infrastructure- Design and develop features for multi-currency banking, payments, and crypto services- Build scalable systems that work across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks- Write clean, maintainable code that handles complex financial operations and high transaction volumesDevelop Core Platform Features- Build APIs and integrations with payment schemes and blockchain infrastructure- Develop user interfaces for client dashboards, transaction management, and account operations- Work on both frontend and backend systems to deliver complete features from database to user interfaceEnsure Platform Quality- Write tests and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack- Monitor application performance and optimize for speed and reliabilityCollaborate Across Teams- Work with Product, Design, and Operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions- Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions- Share knowledge and contribute to building engineering best practicesWho You Are:Engineering Experience - 3-5 years as a full-stack developer with experience building web applicationsTechnical Skills - Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks); experience with databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructureProblem Solver - You understand how to break down complex problems, write clean code, and deliver working solutionsDetail-Oriented - You write tests, handle edge cases, and think through the implications of your codeStrong Communicator - Good English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyCollaborative Team Player - Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and OperationsBonus: Experience with fintech, payments, or financial services applications; familiarity with APIs, payment processing, or crypto/blockchain technologies; experience with regulatory compliance requirements in codeWhat We Offer:💰 Competitive compensation package with performance bonuses🏠 Remote work options with flexible hours📍 Opportunity to work with a licensed financial institution operating globally🧠 Professional development and learning opportunities in fintech🌍 Work with international teams across multiple time zones🚀 Career growth opportunities as we scale our engineering teamReady to Build Financial Infrastructure?This is your opportunity to develop systems for a fully licensed financial services institution operating across fiat and digital currencies.
