Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive to manage essential HR functions and contribute to our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with employee relations and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of documents and orientation scheduling.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Compliance: Support the HR team in adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as managing HR documentation, preparing reports, and handling routine inquiries from employees.
  • Office Support: Provide general support to the HR department as needed, including organizing HR-related events and meetings.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance review processes and support performance improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 year experience working as an HR.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
