Position Summary: As a Website Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all aspects of website, digital journey, campaigns, etc. Your duties will include strategizing, executing and measuring website growth analytics.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning & execution of website design & other attributes
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various initiatives
  • Plan & execute all web, SEO, email, social media campaigns
  • Measures and reports performance of all campaigns & assesses against goals (ROI & KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies


Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with passion to measure and analyze data.


Desired Experience:

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, including managing online marketing and social/fan engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with digital content development.
  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
