The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, and wants to see how recruiting can be both data-driven and deeply human.At Procedure, hiring is not a transaction — it’s about building futures. As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll be at the frontline of this mission. Here’s what you’ll own and learn:- Talent sourcing across multiple channels — the digital playgrounds where builders hang out. - Craft curiosity-sparking outreach messages that sound human (not robotic). - Maintain our ATS hygiene (Keka) by uploading, tagging, and tracking candidate journeys. - Help schedule interviews without causing calendar chaos; ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and panels. - Run quick studies on tech hiring trends, salaries, and niche skills to keep us sharp. - Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements. - Shadow senior recruiter and co-founders in real-time searches, discovering how we blend “Engineers First, Technologies Later” into hiring.Bonus points if you have:- Prior experience with campus clubs, student bodies, or event coordination. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, GitHub, or job boards for candidate discovery. - Basic knowledge of HR/Recruitment tools or coursework in HR.Your first 3 months look like:- Month 1: Learn tools, sourcing basics & outreach craft. - Month 2: Own sourcing pipelines + run market scans. - Month 3: Independently handle interview coordination & candidate experience.What's in it for you at Procedure?- Competitive compensation, recognizing your valuable expertise. - Embrace the flexibility of a remote role – work from where you're most productive (within reasonable overlap for collaboration). - Enjoy flexible work hours – whether you're an early bird or a night owl, we respect your productive times (with some coordination for meetings). - Become part of a vibrant culture that values innovation and empowers you to make a significant impact beyond just your content deliverables.Trust us, there's never a dull day here.If you have made it this far, I think we should have a chat.
