You will collaborate with cross-functional teams includingUI/UXDesigners, Product Managers, and Developers to create interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.Key Responsibilities Interface Design:Develop and implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital products, ensuring consistency with the brand identity. Collaboration:Work closely withUI/UXDesigners, Developers, and Product Managers to translate user requirements into interactive design solutions. Prototyping:Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and workflows. User-Centered Approach:Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and improve overall user experience. Design Systems:Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products. Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance product design and user experience. Feedback & Iteration:Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs and deliver optimal solutions. Human Computer Interaction course will be a plusQualifications Experience:A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications. Portfolio:Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, demonstrating proficiency in visual design, layout, and interaction design. Technical Skills:Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Understanding of UX:Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale. Collaboration:Proven experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
