Role & responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Data Engineering Lead is to contribute to delivering value from manufacturing data. The Data Engineering Lead is responsible for leveraging manufacturing data in a smart and efficient manner, unlocking additional process and business insights to enable data-driven decision-making. Working closely with the Process Innovation and Process Excellence teams, the Data Engineering Lead converts manufacturing data into actionable insights and helps build digital twins to enhance our understanding of how variability impacts production processes and quality. Through identifying data-driven business opportunities, the Data Engineering Lead paves the way for enhanced decision-making and fosters a culture of data-driven insights throughout the organization and guides operators to run the production processes in the most optimal way
