You will be the accessibility expert for the team, integrating a11y practices into our core development process and mentoring others to foster a culture of inclusive excellence.Accessibility is a non-negotiable focus area across all our clients. We value individuals who are proactive, tech-agnostic, and can leverage modern tooling and best practices to ensure our applications are usable by everyone.What You'll Do Accessibility Implementation & Assurance: Ensure all frontend components and applications meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA accessibility guidelines.
